
26th ISE Congress · 14th SFE-India Congress
It is with great honour and heartfelt satisfaction that we welcome you to the 26th International Congress of the International Society for Ethnopharmacology (ISE) and the 14th International Congress of the Society for Ethnopharmacology, India (ISE-SFEC-2027), to be held from 27–29 November 2027 at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India.
This congress is being organized by the Society for Ethnopharmacology, India in association with the School of Natural Product Studies, Jadavpur University, on the theme: “Translating Traditional Therapies – Explore, Educate and Empower.”
The theme reflects a shared global commitment to advancing traditional medical knowledge through scientific validation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and responsible integration into contemporary healthcare systems. Ethnopharmacology today stands at a meaningful crossroads, where cultural wisdom and modern biomedical research converge to address pressing health challenges.
On the 15th anniversary of establishment of Society for Ethnopharmacology we will be organizing the 26th congress of International Society for Ethnopharmacology & 14th International congress of Society for Ethnopharmacology (ISE-SFEC-2027) during November 2027 at Kolkata. It will be represented by a global gathering fulfilling our mission on Globalizing local knowledge and Localizing the Global Technology.
